For Students

Sign up to be a part of the Law and Economy Student Network.

Founded by 57th Chair of the Federal Trade Commission and Associate Professor of Law at Columbia Law School Lina M. Khan, the Law and Economy Student Network seeks to teach, connect, and develop leaders among students across the country who want to contribute to our shared understanding of how law and policy structure economic power in America. This network is free to join and open to any student enrolled in a higher education program in the U.S.

Law student members will have access to virtual and in-person events with leading scholars and policymakers, research and project ideas, opportunities to submit original research for consideration for monetary awards, select mentorship and professional development opportunities, and more.

If you’re a student in an area other than law, please sign up to stay informed about upcoming programming for students in other disciplines including economics, business, technology, and public policy, as well as programming for students at different stages of their academic career, including undergraduates.

The Center will soon offer awards for exceptional student scholarship. Sign up to join our mailing list to be notified when these opportunities go live.
